We are building a native application all the time, but we have some news for you about the new features in AION PWA.

💳 News and improvements

• New models: - GPT-5 and Google Flash 2.5 model series.
• Folders for assistants - you can now organize your assistants in folders, making it easier to stay organized and faster to find Golden Standard 's assistants and your own.
• Golden Standard assistants now have proper gold frames and glow effects, they are really golden!
• Edit files without leaving AION - we have introduced the ability to edit the contents of text files directly in the side panel. Now you will update your files directly in AION.
• New, consistent interface design - we have refreshed the look of the reflection list, editing window and buttons.
• No more annoying captcha! We replaced the old mechanism with a discrete Cloudflare solution. Logging in is now much faster and more pleasant.

🔧Performance and stability

• Application loading - we have optimized the AION startup process, removing unnecessary operations. We know we still have room for optimization here!
• Problem with attaching images resolved - we fixed a bug that prevented some users from adding images to conversations.

💳 Payment and subscription improvements

• Don't miss the end of the trial period - A new banner will remind you in advance about the approaching end of the trial. No surprises!

🎙️ Recording enhancements

• Intelligent caching of voice recordings - Your recordings are now safe even with unstable internet. The system automatically saves them locally and resends them in case of errors.

🚀 Performance and stability

• Faster application loading - We resolved authorization issues that were slowing down the startup and increased server resources.
• Better file synchron ization in chat - We have sped up synchronization and eliminated duplicates. Your files are always up-to-date.
• Improved toolbar - We fixed the annoying problems with the text selection bar. Now it works perfectly in all browsers.

🔧 Minor corrections

• No more accidental spaces - Email addresses are automatically trimmed at login. No more errors by invisible spaces!
• Fixed registration issue - We've resolved a frustrating bug that caused infinite loading after registering a new account.
• Improved chat components for mobile devices - We have adjusted the chat interface to make it more mobile-friendly.
• Improved handling of sources and cit ations - We have improved the way the system presents information sources and citations in AI responses (mainly affecting Perplexity).

‍NewTerms of Service and Privacy Policy - We are updating our legal documents. The next time you log in, we will ask you to read and accept the new version of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. 🎉 News and improvements

New Assistant: Mental Models Tutor - your personal decoder of reality. It analyzes problems through the lens of powerful mental models, asks provocative questions and changes your perspective in a few sentences.

Faster bug detection and fixes - we have implemented an internal system that automatically monitors and reports problems. Better and safer implementation of new features - we are starting to test new features on smaller groups of users before making them available to everyone.

🐞 Interface improvements and enhancements

‍

AION works and looks better on mobile - we have improved the performance of the selection lists, the automatic closing of the side menu when you select chat, and the overall appearance of the interface. Further work in this area is underway!Finally, you can see what you are clicking on in light mode - the send message button in light mode was barely visible. It is now there. A small detail, but happy.Fewer surprises, more stability - we eliminated several minor bugs that could cause unpredictable behavior of the application.

Always the latest model under the hood - we have updated the GPT-4o model to the latest available version.

🎨 Simplifications

‍

Cleaner interface, easier access to help - we have removed several rarely used elements to simplify the interface. By the way, we moved the support icon to the side menu, where it is easier to find.

Record multiple transcriptions, one after the other - we've streamlined dictation! Previously, once you recorded one passage or started writing, you couldn't record another. Now you can conveniently record several statements in one message before you send it.

Free AI model when you exceed your limit - now when you use up your package, the free AI model is automatically activated to keep you going.

‍

We have updated Gemini 2.5 - we are now using the latest version 06.05.

We simplified the choice of models - we removed older AI models to make it easier to choose the best options.

🐞 Error corrections‍.

‍

You can edit your assistants again - we fixed a bug that prevented you from saving changes to your own assistants. Now you can freely modify and improve them without any obstacles.

No more accidental unchecking of text! - We've fixed a bug that caused you to lose your selection when scrolling the page. We know how annoying it was.

‍

Better display of avatars - we fixed an issue whereby assistants' images shrank in the side panel with longer names.

🎨 Appearance and communication

New welcome email - We have redesigned the welcome email.

‍

Changes to the probationary period - from now on, our probationary period lasts 2 months.

‍

We have updated the descriptions in the payment process to make the information clearer.

🥷🏼 Team and development plans

We are doubling our development team - as of Monday, two new developers are joining us, which means a 100% increase in our technical team

We're moving forward with a mobile app - thanks to a larger team, we're starting work on a native mobile app!

💎 What's new in AION?

‍

New way to display attached knowledge - We redesigned the way the chat shows assistants and attached files and documents. Now it is simply more pleasant to use.

‍

New model on offer - we added Claude Sonnet 4, which offers much better contextual understanding and more natural responses. Instead, we removed GPT-4.5, which consumed a lot of tokens with little benefit. Tests show that GPT-4o gives better results at a lower cost.

‍

‍Limiton tokens ($20 per month) - we have introduced the announced limit to make the service cost-effective at the current subscription price of $89 per month. Quick tips on how to get the most out of your tokens:

- Choose the right model for the task
- Avoid unnecessary loading of large files, especially pdf
- Start a new session instead of prolonging very long conversations

Thoughtful use of tokens will allow you to get the most out of AION.

Workspaces temporarily unavailable - we have temporarily blocked the possibility of adding new workspaces. At the same time we hear your feedback, we will come back to you with information!

💎 What's new in AION?

‍

• Assistant avatars - we've improved the display of assistant avatars in the sidebar and quick settings, making the interface more intuitive and prettier!
• ‍Improvedbranding - added new logo and visual improvements, will allow you to have even more fun journaling in AION!
• ‍AIJournaling as the default space - you have reported problems with the "Home" space, which will be useful only later in the course, from now on you no longer have to switch to "AI Journaling", because it is the default space.
• ‍UI improvements - we have changed the way the side menu expands and collapses, and added fixes related to the chat interface, in particular regarding tools (@) and the popup with the selection of prompts, assistants or tools within the chat.

🐞 Bug Fixes

‍

• No "topping up" of the list of available models - it will not be necessary to wait for the models to "top up", they are downloaded when the application is first loaded.
• ‍Resettingthe selected model - in AION there was an unexpected resetting of the selected model when navigating in the application, this should no longer happen.
• ‍Privacy Improvements - We have improved the privacy settings in AION, with a special focus on uploaded files in AION.
• ‍Mobile View UI Errors - Side menuson mobile devices were causing the app layout to shift oddly, the problem no longer exists!
