Inbrief, the most important information.
- Respecting your time, here are the most important rules related to data protection in a condensed version.
- In connection with your use of the Automation House Site, we collect your data to the extent necessary to provide the particular services offered, as well as information about your activity on the Site. We guarantee that they remain confidential, secure and will not be shared with any third parties without your express consent.
- We entrust the processing of personal data only to verified and trusted providers of personal data processing services. We do so only when the services of such entities are necessary for the proper operation of the Automation House Website and its functionality, such as the purchase of training courses.
- We collect information about your visits to the Automation House Site through Google Analytics tools. This information includes, but is not limited to, the sub-pages that were displayed on your screen, the length of time the page was open, and transitions between specific sub-pages. You can disable the collection of cookies in your browser settings or clear them as soon as you leave the Automation House Site.
- We use the Hotjar tool to better understand your needs and to optimize our site for your user experience. In order to use Hotjar, we have implemented a special Hotjar tracking code in the code of our site. Hotjar records visitors to our site and allows us to play a video recording of their movement on our site. Within the Hotjar tool, we do not have access to information that allows us to identify you, as Hotjar does not record the process of filling out forms. The information collected through cookies is stored by Hotjar as part of a pseudonymous user profile. Neither Hotjar nor we use this information to identify you. You can disable the collection of cookies in your browser settings or clear them as soon as you leave the Automation House Website.
- We use Meta Pixel, a marketing tool that allows us to target you with personalized ads on Facebook. You can disable the collection of cookies in your browser settings or clear them as soon as you leave the Automation House Website.
- We use the Google Ads tool. With it, we attract attention to our content and offers through advertising materials on external websites. We analyze data from advertising campaigns in order to optimize advertising activities. We do not collect or process any personal data on the basis of the aforementioned advertising measures. We do not obtain other data, we cannot identify users based on the information obtained. You can disable the collection of cookies in your browser settings or clear them as soon as you leave the Automation House Website.
- For web analytics purposes, we also use the Google Signals tool, which is an extension of Google Analytics services and allows so-called "cross-device tracking" (identifying users using multiple devices). This means that if your internet-enabled devices are connected to your Google account and you have activated the "personalized advertising" options in your Google account, then Google can generate reports on how you use our website (in particular on the number of users using different devices), even if you change devices. We do not process your personal data in this regard, we only receive statistics based on Google Signals functions and technologies. You can disable the collection of cookies in your browser settings, or clear them as soon as you leave the Automation House Website.
- We also use the LinkedIn Insight Tag tool to track conversions, retarget site visitors and view demographics of LinkedIn members who visit the site. - On the Automation House Site, you have the opportunity to use social features such as sharing content on various social networks. This may involve the use of cookies of the administrators of the social networks connected to the Automation House Site.

- Personal data is all information about a natural person identified or identifiable by one or more specific factors defining the physical,
- physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity, including device IP, location data, Internet ID, and information collected through cookies and other similar technology.
Purposes, legal basis and periods of processing of individual personal data
Use of the Site
- We process personal data of all persons using the Site (including IP address or other identifiers and information collected through cookies or other similar technologies), for the following purposes:
- for the purpose of providing electronic services in terms of providing users with access to content collected on the Site - in which case the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) RODO);
- for analytical and statistical purposes, in which case the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO), consisting in conducting analyses of users' activities, as well as their preferences in order to improve the functionalities used and services provided;
- for the purpose of possible establishment, investigation or defense of claims - the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) in protecting our rights;
- for marketing purposes (ours and those of our partners), in particular related to the presentation of behavioral advertising.
Recruitment
- If you wish to apply for one of the positions offered at Automation House by Tigers, which are listed at https://automation.house/kariera, you must provide the data required in the form on the page of the respective ad (including name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address), and complete the application with a CV in the form of an electronic file and, if applicable, a portfolio. Providing the data is voluntary, but necessary for the application to be considered by us. The legal basis for processing is your consent - Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO.
- Data provided in connection with the application for a position at Automation House by Tigers is processed for purposes:
- To analyze and select applications and contact selected candidates (Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA);
- storing applications for future recruiting for the same or similar positions (Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO, which is the consent you give us by checking the appropriate checkbox when filling out the form).
- Data collected as part of recruitment for positions at Automation House by Tigers will be processed for the time necessary to complete the recruitment for the position. In addition, if you consent at the time of application, your data will also be processed for recruitment for the same or similar positions in the future until you withdraw your consent by sending such a request to hello@automation.house.
- You can correct the data provided in your application by email sent to hello@automation.house , If you object to the processing of your data, your application will not be considered and will be deleted from our databases immediately after receiving the relevant request to hello@automation.house At any time you can also request the deletion of your data from our databases, which entails that your application will not be considered also in the recruitment during which you provided us with your data - send the relevant request to hello@automation.house

Training
- If you wish to sign up for the training courses we offer, which are given on the website: https://automation.house/szkolenia, you must provide the data required in the form on the page of the given training (art. first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number and, if you are enrolling in a training course as part of a business activity, the name of the company, its registered address and Tax Identification Number). Providing the data is voluntary, but necessary to enroll in the training. In order to facilitate the service, you can provide additional data, thereby giving your consent to its processing. Such data can be deleted at any time. The legal basis for processing is its necessity for the performance of the training contract - Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA.
- Data provided in connection with enrollment in Automation House by Tigers training is processed for purposes:
- To conclude and execute a contract for the purchase of training (Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO);
- To carry out statutory obligations incumbent on us, and arising in particular from tax and accounting regulations - the legal basis for processing is a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) RODO);
- analytical and statistical - the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) consisting in conducting analyses of your activity on the Site, as well as your shopping preferences in order to improve the functionalities used
- possible establishment, investigation or defense of claims - the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) in protecting our rights.
- Data collected as part of the Automation House by Tigers training enrollment is processed for the time necessary to fulfill the training purchase agreement. After this time, the data may be processed for statistical purposes. In addition, we are obliged to keep invoices or payment confirmations with your personal data for a period of 5 years from the end of the fiscal year in which the tax obligation arose.
- You do not have the opportunity to rectify the data provided at the time of enrollment after the execution of the training purchase contract. Until the expiration of the statute of limitations for contractual claims, you may not object to the processing of your data or demand its deletion. Prior to the expiration of 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the tax liability arose, you may not demand that the processing of your data be discontinued or that invoices or payment receipts be deleted. On the other hand, you may object to the processing of your data for statistical purposes and demand the deletion of your data from our databases after the expiration of the statute of limitations for contractual claims. Shopping
- If you wish to purchase a product, which you can do at http:// tigers.co.uk/knowledgebase, you will need to provide the data requested in the form (including your first name, last name, email address and, if you are enrolling in a training course as part of your business, your company name, business address and tax ID number). Providing the data is voluntary, but necessary for you to buy the product. In order to facilitate service, you can provide additional data, thereby giving your consent to its processing. Such data can be deleted at any time. The legal basis for processing is its necessity for the performance of the contract - Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA.
- Data provided in connection with the purchase of the Product is processed for purposes:
- To conclude and execute a product purchase agreement (Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA);
- To carry out statutory obligations incumbent on us, and arising in particular from tax and accounting regulations - the legal basis for processing is a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) RODO);
- analytical and statistical - the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) consisting in conducting analyses of your activity on the Site, as well as your shopping preferences in order to improve the functionalities used
- possible establishment, investigation or defense of claims - the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) in protecting our rights.
- Data collected as part of the sale of a product is processed for the time necessary to complete the purchase contract. After this time, the data may be processed for statistical purposes. In addition, we are obliged to keep invoices or payment confirmations with your personal data for a period of 5 years from the end of the fiscal year in which the tax obligation arose.

Contact
- When you contact us via e-mail or contact form, you naturally provide us with your data such as name, surname, company name, position, telephone number, e-mail address. In addition, you may also include other personal data in the body of your message. Providing the data is voluntary, but necessary to contact us. The legal basis for processing is to take action at your request before entering into a contract - e.g. 6(1)(b) RODO.
- Data provided in connection with the establishment of contact is processed for purposes:
- The execution of your request - the legal basis for processing is the necessity for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) RODO);
- analytical and statistical - the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) consisting in conducting analyses of Users' activities
- on the Site, as well as the way they are used and their preferences in order to improve the functionality used;
- possible establishment, investigation or defense of claims - the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) in protecting our rights.
- The content of correspondence may be subject to archiving and we cannot determine when it will be deleted. You have the right to request the history of your correspondence with us (if it was subject to archiving), and to request its deletion, unless its archiving is justified by our overriding interest (e.g., defense against potential claims).
Newsletter
- To subscribe to the newsletter, you must provide us with your email address and first name. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to subscribe to the newsletter.
- Personal data collected for the newsletter are processed:
- for the purpose of providing the newsletter mailing service - the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA);
- in the case of directing marketing content to you as part of a newsletter - the legal basis for processing, including profiling, is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) in connection with your consent to receive the newsletter;
- for analytical and statistical purposes - the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA) in conducting analyses of your activity on the Site in order to improve the functionalities used;
- for the purpose of possible establishment, investigation or defense of claims - the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
- The data will be processed during the operation of the newsletter, unless you opt out earlier, which will remove your data from the email database.
- At any time you can rectify your data stored in the email database, as well as request its deletion by unsubscribing from the newsletter. You also have the right to data portability, as stated in Article 20 of the RODO. To do so, send us a message at hello@automation.house
Marketing
We process your personal data to carry out marketing activities, which may consist of:
- displaying marketing content that is not tailored to your preferences (contextual advertising);
- displaying marketing content that matches your interests (behavioral advertising);
- targeting e-mail notifications containing commercial information (newsletter service);
- Directing e-mail notifications about offers or promotions of our own services or on behalf of third parties, which in some cases contain commercial information, in connection with an interrupted shopping process (abandoned shopping cart);
- carrying out other activities related to direct marketing of goods and services (sending commercial information by electronic means and telemarketing activities).
- In order to carry out marketing activities, in some cases we use profiling (if you agree). This means that through automated data processing, we evaluate selected factors about individuals in order to analyze their behavior or create a forecast for the future.
- The legal basis for processing your personal data for marketing purposes is always your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA), which you can withdraw at any time.
- We process your personal data for marketing purposes in connection with targeting you with contextual advertising, i.e. advertising that is not tailored to your preferences. The processing of your personal data is then done in connection with the fulfillment of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA).
- We and our trusted partners process your personal data, including personal data collected through cookies and other similar technologies, for marketing purposes in connection with targeting you with behavioral advertising, i.e. advertising that is tailored to your preferences. Processing of personal data then includes profiling. The use of personal data collected through this technology for marketing purposes, in particular for the promotion of services and goods of third parties, requires your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- Your Personal Data may also be used by us so that we can target you with marketing content through various channels, i.e. via email, via MMS / SMS or by phone. We only undertake such activities if you have given your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Social networks
We process your personal data when you visit our profiles maintained on social media. This data is processed solely in connection with the operation of the profile, including to keep you informed about our activities and to promote various events, services and products. The legal basis for processing your personal data for this purpose is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO) in promoting our own brand.
General provisions on the processing period of personal data.
- The period for which we process your data depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of the processing. As a general rule, your data is processed for the duration of the service or order processing, until you withdraw your consent or make an effective objection to data processing (in cases where the legal basis for data processing is our legitimate interest).
- The period of data processing may be extended if the processing is necessary for the establishment, investigation or defense of possible claims, and thereafter only if and to the extent required by law.
- After the end of the processing period, your data is irreversibly deleted or anonymized.
Entitlements
The RODO safeguards your information and grants you the following potential rights related to the processing of your personal data:
- The right to information about the processing of personal data - on this basis, upon your request, we will provide you with information about the processing of your data, including, in particular, the purposes and legal grounds for processing, the scope of the data held, the entities to which they are disclosed, and the planned date of deletion;
- The right to obtain a copy of the data - on this basis, upon your request, we will provide you with a copy of the processed data concerning the person making the request;
- The right to rectification - at your request, we are obliged to remove any inconsistencies or errors in the processed personal data and complete it if it is incomplete;
- The right to erasure - on this basis you can request the erasure of data, the processing of which is no longer necessary to carry out any of the purposes for which they were collected;
- The right to restrict processing - on this basis, at your request, we will stop performing operations on your personal data - except for operations to which you have given your consent - and their storage, in accordance with accepted retention rules or until the reasons for restricting processing cease to exist;
- The right to data portability - on this basis - insofar as your data is processed in connection with a contract concluded or consent given - we will release the data provided by you in a computer-readable format. You may also request that we send the data to another entity - provided, however, that we have the technical capacity to do so;
- The right to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes - you can object to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes at any time, without having to justify such objection;
- The right to object to other purposes of processing - you may object at any time to the processing of personal data that is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest (e.g., for analytical or statistical purposes or for reasons related to property protection); an objection in this regard should contain a justification;
- The right to withdraw consent - if the data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, which, however, does not affect the legality of the processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent;
- The right to complain - if you believe that the way we process your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO or other data protection laws, you may file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
- The rules for exercising the above rights are described in detail in Articles 16-21 of the RODO. Remember that the rights shown above are not absolute and you will not be entitled to all personal data processing activities.
- The only exception - a right you always have - is the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) if you believe we have violated data protection laws.
- You also always have the opportunity to request that we provide you with information about the data we hold about you and the purposes for which we process it. Security
- We guarantee you that the data you provide to us is confidential. We take all security and data protection measures that are required by data protection regulations. We collect the data with due diligence and adequately protect it from access by unauthorized persons.
- We take all necessary measures to ensure that our subcontractors and other cooperating entities provide guarantees to apply appropriate security measures whenever they process your personal data on our behalf.
Recipients of data
- As we want to realize the best possible services for you, we will disclose your personal data to our trusted partners, subcontractors and entities cooperating with us, including, in particular, suppliers responsible for operating IT systems, entities such as banks and payment operators, accounting service providers, marketing agencies (for marketing services) and our affiliates.
- Your personal data will be shared with other entities for their own purposes, including marketing purposes only if you consent.
- All entities to which we entrust your personal data and its processing guarantee the application of appropriate measures for the protection and security of such data as required by law.
- Due to the use of Google, Meta, the Asana system and YouTube, your data may be transferred to the United States (US). The legal basis for ensuring processing by these entities in accordance with the RODO is contractual clauses providing an adequate level of protection, in accordance with the standard contractual clauses set forth in Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of June 4, 2021 on standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
- The level of protection of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) may differ from that provided by European law. For this reason, we will transfer your personal data outside the EEA only when necessary and with an adequate level of protection. You will be notified each time.
- Our subcontractors, i.e. entities that provide us with services in processing your data, providing you with services or fulfilling orders, may process your data.
- Depending on the purpose of processing, we entrust your personal data:
- Nazwa.pl sp. z o.o. and OVH sp. z o.o. - for the purpose of storing personal data on the server, including the Automation House by Tigers mailbox server;
- Mango Technologies, Inc. - for the purpose of using the ClickUp AI tool; ;
- Google LLC - in order to use the services of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Signals;
- Hotjar Ltd. - in order to use Hotjar's services for the optimization of our website;
- GetResponse sp. z o.o. - for the purpose of sending newsletters to those who have given their consent;
- wFirma sp. z o.o. - in order to post transactions and issue invoices;
- Easytools sp. z o.o. - for the purpose of payment processing;
- Meta, Inc. - for the use of remarketing tools, including the ability to target ads to individuals from uploaded email databases;
- Wise People Ltd. - in providing website support services to us, may potentially gain access to your personal information;
- Slack Technologies, LLC - for internal communication purposes;
- StreamYard, Inc. - for the purpose of hosting webinars;
- Tigers sp. z o.o. - For the purpose of organizing webinars;
- GetResponse sp. z o.o. - For the purpose of organizing webinars;
- Webflow, Inc. - for the purpose of building and hosting the Site.
Tracking technologies (including cookies)
- Our website, like almost all websites, uses cookies.
- Cookies are small text information that are stored on your terminal device (e.g. computer, smartphone) and can be read by our ICT system (our own cookies) or the ICT system of third parties (third-party cookies).
- We use essential, analytical and marketing cookies.
- Some cookies we use are deleted when your browser session ends, i.e. when you close it (session cookies). Other cookies are stored on your terminal device and allow us to recognize your browser the next time you visit the site (persistent cookies).
- The legal basis for processing in this regard is our legitimate interest in offering goods and services that take into account your preferences - Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA.
