How MTA moved its operations 80 people from 6 systems to ClickUp?

Customer review
“Before implementing ClickUp, our team’s work was scattered across various platforms—primarily Asana, Notion, Loom, Google Chat, Slack, and Pipedrive. This meant we were operating in silos and lacked a consistent way of working or shared guidelines. Thanks to ClickUp, we now have a single source of truth, so the biggest frustration—having to switch between tools and manually transfer data from one tool to another—has been automated. Now we all work within a single ecosystem, in a unified way, and ClickUp’s modules communicate with each other, which has automated a lot of manual work. As a result, we operate in a more organized manner, experience less stress, spend less time searching for information, work more efficiently and effectively, and have delegated some of the work to automation. What we particularly appreciate about our collaboration with Tigers is their partnership-based, open approach and their mentoring. Aneta and Agnieszka openly shared best practices with us and highlighted key insights. They demonstrated how specific systems could function and actively helped us co-create them. Thanks to this, it wasn’t a matter of imposing a single “correct” solution. Instead, they used their expertise to support us in building a workflow on ClickUp—one that fits our organization and our work style.""
