Challenge

Pracownia Ruchu needed better data flow from Booksy to its own system, but the platform’s limitations and a flawed previous implementation were hindering its growth.

The lack of an official Booksy API made it difficult to integrate with the client application.
The team did not have full control over cancellations and rebookings.
The previous solution resulted in unnecessary costs and technological limitations.

The Process

How did we do it ?

We've identified the real problem
The client came to us looking for AI assistants, but after analyzing their processes, it turned out that the biggest challenge wasn’t communication—it was the lack of access to data from Booksa. This allowed us to design a solution that addressed the actual business problem, rather than just the initial brief.

We have built a fully functional system and dashboard
As part of the ONE package, we implemented automation in n8n, made improvements to Lovable, and developed AI assistants in AION. The system has begun processing emails from Booksa, categorizing cancellations and booking changes, and feeding operational and analytical data into the client’s dashboard.

We have migrated the solution to our own infrastructure
Since n8n proved to be expensive and didn’t capture all the data, we migrated the integration to a VPS and implemented the logic in custom code. This provided the client with greater reliability, full control, and a significant reduction in annual costs.
