Intake Interview

Processes and Architecture Workshop
Typically, 2–4 workshop sessions with an implementation expert. Based on these sessions, we prepare an assessment and recommendations for the next steps.
Implementation: configuration, migration, integrations
We configure ClickUp according to the designed architecture. If necessary, we migrate data from the old system. We build automations and integrations with existing tools.

- Yes. The migration is carried out in stages, with a full data backup and a period of parallel operation. Depending on the source tool, we map structures, statuses, custom fields, and history. No data is deleted until the team confirms that the migration was successful.
- The first results are visible within 2–4 weeks of the workshop. Full implementation, including migration and automation, typically takes 6–12 weeks—depending on the size of the company and the number of processes to be streamlined.
- Most training courses teach you how to click around in ClickUp, not how to manage it. We start by mapping out your processes, build an architecture tailored to your team’s actual work, and then train your team on their own workflows. After implementation, we provide ClickUp Supervision—we help you maintain good habits over the coming months.
- Yes. ClickUp is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified and offers European data hosting. As part of the implementation, we configure permission levels and, together with Sawicki Legal (a law firm within our holding company), verify compliance with the GDPR and the AI Act.
