How does the implementation process work?

A transparent process. No surprises.

  1. Intake Interview

    You tell us what’s holding you back or slowing you down the most right now. We’ll ask follow-up questions, clarify the context, and pinpoint the root of the problem. Based on that, we’ll suggest the best way forward.

  2. Processes and Architecture Workshop

    Typically, 2–4 workshop sessions with an implementation expert. Based on these sessions, we prepare an assessment and recommendations for the next steps.

  3. Implementation: configuration, migration, integrations

    We configure ClickUp according to the designed architecture. If necessary, we migrate data from the old system. We build automations and integrations with existing tools.

  4. We're here for you even after implementation

    We train everyone, from managers to assistants. We act as a partner in change management and don’t disappear once the system is implemented. Most clients opt for ClickUp Supervision—we help establish habits, develop the team, and maximize the system’s use.
